3. Deposits & Withdrawals

abo138 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and account verification status. All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in the User's own name.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) and credited to your abo138 account within 5 minutes. Off-hours deposits and transfers from other banks may take up to 24 hours to process. abo138 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply standard transfer charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-6 hours during business hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals require completed identity verification, which may add 1-24 hours to processing time. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a bank account registered in your name.

3.4 Withdrawal Limits & Fees

Standard withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and verification level. Unverified accounts may face restricted withdrawal amounts. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50,000,000. abo138 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard bank transfers; however, your receiving bank may apply incoming transfer fees.

3.5 Anti-Money-Laundering Compliance

abo138 operates in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions, request source-of-funds documentation, and report unusual activity to relevant authorities. Accounts used for money laundering or fraudulent purposes will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered in qualifying bets. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 5x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 2,500,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Specific wagering requirements, qualifying games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods are stated in each promotion's terms.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or manipulate promotional offers (including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion with other players, betting on opposite outcomes, or exploiting technical errors) will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and permanent account closure. abo138 reserves the right to withhold bonuses or winnings from players suspected of bonus abuse.

4.4 Bonus Modification & Cancellation

abo138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of disputes regarding bonus terms, abo138's decision is final and binding.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the rules and regulations of abo138 and the respective sporting bodies. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports authority. In the event of postponement, cancellation, or abandonment of a sporting event, specific rules apply (typically void/refund for postponements exceeding 48 hours). Live betting odds are updated in real-time and are subject to change based on game developments. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion.

5.2 Casino Games

Casino games including live dealer games, slots, table games, and video poker are provided by certified third-party suppliers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe) and are subject to each provider's rules and Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 5.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical errors, system malfunctions, incorrect odds display, or other technical issues affecting game outcomes or bet placement, abo138 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Players must report suspected technical errors immediately to customer support. Exploitation of technical errors is prohibited and will result in account closure.

6. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension & Termination

abo138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at our sole discretion if we suspect or detect any of the following: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, creation of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software or bots, underage gambling, providing false information during registration or verification, or any other conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

8.2 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your abo138 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and completion of verification checks. Bonus funds and unredeemed promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account suspension or termination, you will lose access to all services, and any pending bets, bonuses, or promotional credits will be voided. abo138 reserves the right to withhold funds in the case of suspected fraudulent activity pending investigation. If an account is closed due to breach of terms, abo138 may refuse to open a new account for the same individual in the future.

10. Limitation of Liability

abo138 provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 11. Dispute Resolution
